Very disappointing with the service department no sense of care or urgency and no follow-ups. During the handoff they never checked the car check engine light was on.

Difficult business to negotiate a vehicle purchase. Guaranteed low ball on your trade while asking premium prices. Just yesterday attempted to negotiate a deal on a new 2026 Ram Promaster advertised at 9k off MSRP. The sale price of course is based on eligibility of incentives I understand. First offer on my trade was 8k less than value and as we were walking out, suddenly it jumped up $6500. Dealer fees, doc fees are ridiculously high. Sales staff was awesome but sales management are atrocious. They attempted to create urgency to buy by refusing a deposit. I went home and did a vehicle search finding what I wanted and immediately was offered over the phone the correct number for my trade for a vehicle that was less money and no crazy add on dealership fees. It’s a shame I just can’t do business with my hometown dealer. Beware and do your homework if you attempt a purchase here.

Alex is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I took my Alpha in for repair everyone was very nice and the repair was done very quickly!

My recent experience with this dealership was the same as it always has been, excellent! They were very courteous and professional. I was kept informed of work that needed done as well as the status of the work as it was being done on my vehicle. They even offered a ride home as an alternative to sitting in their lobby all day. And since the vehicle wasn't ready by closing that evening they sent a driver to pick me up the next day. They kept me informed of the cost as well.

The dealership made this transaction smooth and effortless. I would come back here. Got a truck at a fair price.

Have bought 3 cars and use them for service. Worth the drive from Lakeland (or Tampa/Orlando) to use dealer that is old school, no high pressure sales and takes care of the customer.
