The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is here and ready for you to drive it home! This vehicle is all-new for the 2020 model year and combines the iconic Jeep appearance with the structure of a truck. Here, we will cover the towing capabilities and the many ways you can utilize the 2020 Jeep Gladiator to its full potential.
Towing Capabilities and Features
Looking to haul something very heavy? The 2020 Jeep Gladiator has power never before seen for its class. This powerhouse has up to 7,650 pounds towing weight and 1,600 pounds payload weight available.
To help you with towing, Trailer Brake is available to give braking power to the trailer’s electric brakes if it has it installed. Adjust how much power these brakes get based on what you need to stop. ParkView® Rear Back Up Camera gives you a rear view of the road behind you. If you have a trailer attached, the 4X trailer hitch zoom with dynamic hitch guideline is available to make hitching much easier.
You’ll need ways to keep your cargo down in the truck bed. Included with the Gladiator are four tie down loops so you can strap down anything that needs to stay put. The Trail Rail™ System is also available to mount onto your Gladiator to offer more ways to keep belongings secure.
If you are planning on loading frequently and want to protect the bed of your Gladiator, the available spray-in bedliner provides a coat of protection. In the rear of the bed is an available weather-safe power plug. This feature is perfect for tailgating and using electrical tools. Finally, a roll-up tonneau bed cover is available to cover and lock your belongings in the bed.
